Sensor Types We Install
Door & Window Contacts
The first line of perimeter defense. Contacts trigger the moment a protected door or window is opened, giving your monitoring center an immediate alert — even before an intruder steps inside.
Motion Detectors
Positioned in high-traffic interior zones — hallways, stairwells, living areas — motion detectors provide a critical second layer of coverage if a perimeter sensor is bypassed or a point of entry goes uncontacted.
Glass Break Detectors
Large windows and sliding glass doors are vulnerable. Glass break detectors recognize the acoustic signature of breaking glass and trigger an alert immediately, covering areas where contact sensors alone fall short.
Smoke & Fire Detectors
Our smoke detectors integrate directly with your alarm panel and monitoring system. When a detector triggers, your UCC monitoring center is notified immediately — not just your household. 24-hour professional monitoring means fire response does not depend on someone being awake to hear a local alarm.
Leak & Flood Sensors
Leak and Flood Protection help prevent water damage under sinks, behind washers, or under water tanks in attics. Sensors placed at these vulnerable points detect moisture early, triggering an alert before a slow leak or sudden burst becomes a costly repair.
Sirens & Strobe Lights
Audible and visual deterrents serve a dual purpose: they alert occupants and neighbors to an intrusion in progress and encourage unauthorized individuals to leave the property immediately. Placement is deliberate — interior and exterior coverage is planned as part of every system design.
Wireless Sensors
Most sensors in our current systems install wirelessly, eliminating the need to run wire through walls, ceilings, or finished spaces. Wireless sensors communicate directly with your alarm panel over a secure signal, which means faster installation, a cleaner finished look, and the flexibility to add or relocate sensors as your property's security needs change. Battery status is monitored around the clock, so you are alerted well before a device needs replacing.
